Securities Law was based mainly on the CAPITAL MARKET INSTRUMENTS CHAPTER.(Most of it)
I expected a lot of questions based on Listing Agreement,Corporate Governance,Intermediaries etc but weren't tested.
Company law was a good paper,not a practical paper though.
