CS devovo query

Hi..

I am a B.Com graduate with an LLB. I had applied for CS through postal tution in Apr 2007. I could not pursue it due to personal reasons..marriage, birth of two kids etc. Now I am keen to pursue it. But I am aware that my registration expires in or around June 2012. I have misplaced some of the study materials as well as my Identity Card. I wish to know whether I need to wait for my registration to expire cmpletely before applying for Devovo registration or whether I can initiate the procedure now itself.  Please tell me the procedure and the costs and charges thereof too.
