Hi All

I am new joinee on this forum. I am Bcom, MBA qualified working in a MNC bpo since 4.6 years. I am pursuing Cs Executive and little bit unsure of its real future & career prospect.

I have met with amany CA's and CS'ssome of them are my friends as well who provided me very mixed feedback regarding this course. My CA friends suggested to pursue CA saying that the scope of CS is very confined and cosequently not a good paid job nowadays. Some friends suggested to pursue LLB with CS to get a good job.

I am 26 years of age and will get married soon however, I am very much bothered that if anythig not gone well later my future will be ruined. I have read may articles which tells good career prospect after CS. Please guide me..............

Hi Dude,

Your problem is really considerable. I also Qualified CA final 1st group at 22 and half years of my age and was 1st attemptee but the second group took 2 more years to get complete. Today i am CA with 5 years experience in BPO.

For you i will suggest to keep 2 things in mind.

1. Always remember ''Earlier the better''. Instead of thinking 2 much about what to pursue, you should start and complete your what you like at your earliest because success counts 2 things:

A. Your seniority

B. Your Interest for the job you do.

So what ever you do, please do it at you earliest and do it with interest as your ''post Qualification experience'' is given more weightage.

2. Try to leave the BPO industry in case you are not able to get/perform team handling/peoples management job.

3. You are hardly 26. You have MBA Quaification.Please try to jump in to either of the below jobs and Career:

A. ERP implementation (And you can do CWA after wards)

B.Equity Research (And you can do CFA after wards)

hey friends im studing CS final and ICWAI and also doing LLB . What will be an expected salary and also suggest me whether to do MBA from NISM (national institute of securities market )or not ......
