in december 2013 examination of CS executive wich companies act wil come an old one 1956 or the latest one 2013 ??

Think you meant December 2014 Examination. ICSI has not made announcement regarding portions applicable for Dec 14 Exams. However, there is good likelihood of Companies Act 2013 made applicable. But it is better to watch out for the space on institute's website to know the exact position on this matter.
