Can we avail credit of gst if work done or work out side the factory premises?
for example we have paint the board name of our company and put it out side the company for direction guide to public.

You can avail credit of tax paid on receipt of any goods/service received from the supplier as long as the same is in the course or in furtherance of business. The expression 'business' is a definded expression and i feel the service you have mentioned should be covered within the ambit of business.
