Can trader or service provider get credit of CVD held in stock on 30.06.2017 ?

Yes the output should be subject to GST
Only credit of cvd 3(1) can be claimed and not for cvd 3(5) as it is a case of service provider
I think both cr can utilize service provider also

& If any reverse charge payable, How we can make payment for Rerverse Charge GST.
