I am A trader in karantaka and i purchase goods from Maharastra. I have closing stock on which i have paid CST @ 2% aganist form C. Is the Credit Available under GST regime for me ?

No you cannot carry forward credit of CST in GST in any case.
Can i opt for composition scheme since my turnover is below 75 lacs and my closing stock includes purchases inter state but my sale is resticted to intra state...can i opt for composition scheme under GST?
