Credit note issue
If I sale Goods 1 lac and freight charges 5000 so it will be taxable amount 105000.... After same goods returns and freight charges is 3000 it consider under GST or Not? will be excluded freights charges while returns of Goods?

Input credit should not exceed the amount , mentioned at the invoice.
We should considered freight Charges while issuing Credit Note?
Credit note value should not exceed the invoice value.

Yes... You can if You are also paid/ (received) freight at the time of returns then You can consider the freight in CN.

1lakh plus 3000 will be the taxable value. the customer will raise credit note for 103000+ gst
