Sir, I received debit note from supplier for purchase returns. is applicable output tax from my side

But, You will less the Tax value in Your ITC value in the subsequent month...

supplier will issue credit note to you for purchase return from your side........ are you sure it's bcoz of purchase return....?...

it will bw your debit note if supplier is giving you a credit note..

ITC taken earlier on such invoice needs to be reversed..
ITC reversed, along with gstr1 debit note....?
