credit note for IGST in 3B

I have modifed the answer where CGST & SGST are seperate lines but i added in 1 column just for Example.

Like Value Even Tax also reduce proportionately to the extent of Credit Note issued

Yes its an Practical Problem, 

you may try this alternative:

In GSTR-3B: ITC  : (5) All other ITC(IGST)  + IGST tax amount on Credit Note issued.

Since this is summary, this option is available i think, but decision is left to you

Ex. 

Apr - Credit Note IGSTTax Amt  Rs. 1000

May- IGST Tax Amt  Zero

June-  IGST Tax Actual Tax Amt Rs. 10000 You may show 9000 after deduction Credit note Tax Amt
