You can reduce the same from the subsequent B2C sales and show the net amount in GSTR-1.

Assuming GSTR 3B for March'19 is also yet to be filed, you can give effect of the credit note in March'19 returns only. Post that, the credit note pertaining to FY 17-18 cannot be adjusted.
