can we issue dr/cr notes in nov'19 for sale invoices related to F/Y 2018-19 ?
GST Portal is allowing for same...

As per GST act it's not allowed if Taxpayers filing his gst returns for the month of Sep-19...
If portal allowed then no more clarity from GSTN...
Better to avoid the activity if further clarification not from dept...
