Higher secondary school, in W. B
It is run by individual or aop created or trust created
The school is run by the school management committee.
Then Create AOP Deed and then apply for PAN Card
Government school? there's no requirement for pan for government school. I think, you might want to deduct TDS on salary. TDS to be deducted under Tan... so apply for tan

BOTH ARE REQUIRED.
TAN IS REQUIRED FOR PERSONS DEDUCTING TAX AT SOURCE.
PAN STANDS FOR PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR TAXPAYERS.
BOTH ARE REQUIRED.
APPLY FOR PAN AND TAN WITH A COPY OF TRUST DEED or AOP AS DECIDED BY YOUR MANAGING COMMITTE.
GO FOR AOP..
IT WILL BE BENEFICIAL.
