CPT new rules

sir 

i give 3 times cpt exam but i could"nt  face cpt.i got above 90+ marks 3 time .

can i give next time exam or not .beause .& i listen that only student can give 3 time only.if i can give cpt what should i do for it. there is need to agian regestation ..or not

What if we skip 4 attempt?? Can I continue with the next attempt..?
