CPT Exempt Notification Doubt Pls Help

Hi friends.. Recently i heard abt the cpt exempt notification for graduates..nd sumthing that articleshp can b started witout clearing ipcc..though i m nt sure..abt that Though i hadn't yet read that notification.. I have some questions in my mind..that r as follows... Actly i recenty completed my graduation(b.com) wit 58per marks...i cleared my cpt in 2009 nd regestered wit ipcc but unable to crack grp 1 yet of that.. Nw t ques is.. Kya meri articleshp start ho skti h kisi tarike se....mai sochra tha ki graduate hoe gya hu.. Ipcc me new registratn karau..graduatn dikhake ipcc me ajaunga phr agar training start ka koi provision h to wo mujpe aply hojaega.,...pls tel me kya hoskta h...
