I am not aware of the recent rules and regulations about ICAI around CPT. So thought its the best place to ask question. Just want to know that is there any limit on the maximum attempts for CPT exam after paying CPT registration fees. I think its 2 attempts if I am not wrong. And what if its not cleared in 2 attempts, is the student required to pay the registration fees again ?

> w.e.f 01.01.2013 initial registration for CPT Course (CPC) is valid for 3 years.
> Fee for revalidation is Rs. 300/- for each revalidation.
> Each Revalidation shall be valid for 3 years
> No revalidation fees shall be charged till 31st December, 2013.
