Can any one help me with the CPT content and if possible can i get the books for reference....
Have certain doubts, I have cleared my MMS-Finance, do I still have to undertake CPT or can skip some levels....

As per the existing rules, every one has to enter CA through CPT route. No exemptions whatsoever to any person will apply. However, ICAI has sent proposal to government to exempt graduates from CPT. But, the matter is still waiting for government approval and is expected to be out in December. Regarding material, study material of ICAI is to be referred first. They are good and also refer Model Test Papers. Refer icai.org students menu, from there you can download all CPT study material/model papers.
