Cpe hours - for members with cop and without cop

Hello People,

I am member of ICAI (with no COP). My wife is also member of ICAI (with COP)

I wanted to know following information with respect to CPE hours.

1. CPE duration for non COP members and members with COP? - Is it 10 hours or 20 hours.

2. Wether COP members can do unstrucutred learning ?

3. What is time period for complying with CPE hours.

For example: CPE hours for year 2016: Is it from April 2015 to March 2016 or it is from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016.

Please provide your valuable inputs.
