Hi All,

Please advice the scope of CPA from ICFAI, Tripura. My previous qualifications are B.Sc. (Maths) & MBA (Tourism) and have 6+ years experience in Accounts & Finance with an Air Travel Consolidator.

Kindly advice if the same is suitable for my career growth.

Hi Ashish ,

There is absolutely no use in doing CPA from ICFAI Tripura.

I could suggest courses for you to pursue , but would appreciate if you could let me know your budget.

I am sure there can be some alternative worked out

I totally beg to differ from alex 's remarks

The CPA qualification offered by icfai is not an international qualification , CPA is offered by AICPA USA so there is no scope in the international markets contrary to what he says.

I have posted some details on courses in my forum , you will be far better off doing anything else.

My views regarding CPA of ICFAI University are as follows:

No course gets recognition all of a sudden. A lot depends upon how a student devotes. The standard of examination is good. It tests problem solving skills and grasp of basics. It is better than other open university standards. When passed candidates fill the market, the course will get recognition in due course.
