Can a LLP convert into OPC?

No.. LLP cannot be converted into OPC. As per sectiom 366 of CA 2013.. any llp can be converted in company with seven or more members. But in case of OPC 1 member Is required. First u need to convert llp in private company then convert private co. to OPC.
