Dear Sir

One of our client render counselling service in india & abroad . He get income for this from india & abroad & such income exceed 30 Lakhs . But he is not a professionally qualified person. Whether he is taxable under head business or under head profession. Whether he is liable for tax audit.

Please help me

Any services renderd as consultant is profession services, he has expertise experience in councelling service on the basis of that he render professional service.

Thresehold limit crocess of Rs. 25,00,000/- so the peron is eligible u/s 44AB for tax audit.
