Couldn't sent itrv of 2011-12 as mistake in entries

Hi

I have filed the  2011-12 tax return in online. But I did not send the acknowledgement(ITRV) to Bangalore as I know there are some mistakes in my online submitted data.

Can I submitt the same in this year?

How I can submitt this ? By online or manual?

Please file the revise return online and then sent hard copies to these two return together to Bangalore.
