Installed capacity means the overall capacity of a plant to run or to produce

operating quantity means the actual quantity which is operational

like a plant having 10mt capacity installed.. but currently due to not sufficient demands in market its running at 5mt

so 5 mt wil b operating quantity here

actual capacity is the total final output 4 mt

though operational capcity is 5 mt.. but production is only 4 mt
