Dear Omprakash,
Cost of acquisition of an asset is the value for which it was acquired by the assessee.Expenses of capital nature for completing or acquiring the title to the property are includible in the cost of acquisition
Registration fee and brokerage being expenditure incurred for acquiring the title and the marble fitting expenditure being expenditure for completing the property are included in the cost of acquisition

Yup all those costs can be included...One more dbt friends...
For these exemptions can the cost of land appurtanent to the house be also included or is it just the cost of residential house?
