Correction in er-1 return for the financial year 2012-13
Dear all first i say thanks in advance we are head light manufacture while during the fy 2012-2013 we miss some cenvat documents as well as we were not avail some credit which we are eligible to avail not taken and also ER-1 Filed wrongly now i want regularise the return as well as credit availability how i rectify this issue

There is no provision to amend excise returns filed online. but u can take the credit now.
The ER-1 can not be revised. Now you can take the cenvat credit if you have not taken in 2012-13. There is no time limit for taking cenvat credit as per cenvat credit rules 2004.
