Correction in er-1 return for the financial year 2012-13

Dear all first i say thanks in advance we are head light manufacture while during the fy 2012-2013 we miss some cenvat documents as well as we were not avail some credit which we are eligible to avail not taken and also ER-1 Filed wrongly now i want regularise the return as well as credit availability how i rectify this issue
