In case of public co. minimum seven members are required, my question is can seven body corporates be the members of the company OR the required seven members shall be individuals.

Yes, it is possible. It is not mandatory to have individuals.

There is one more query-
Can a company attach Financial Statement (i.e. Balance Sheet; Auditors' report and Directors' Report) directly word/ excel sheet converted into PDF without original signature with AOC-4 like earlier years OR it shall be mandatory to attach scan copy with original signed documents.
