Convocation

Institute arranges for convocation based on number of members who have applied for Membership and based on their schedule fixes the program. During the time of hosting convocation, Institute on the basis of Membership issued permits members to attend the program.

Since you were absent for the program held on 24th January 2016 due to your ill-health, you may seek permission to attend the next program. However, when the next event notification is published on the Institute's website, you can follow up with organizing branch informing that you are interested in attending the program. If they reply to your mail and ask you to attend the program you can go ahead.

You should note that when you do not attend convocation, generally the Institute despatches the Membership Certificate through courier.
