Can anyone please tell me what are the formalities to be done immediately after the Conversion of the Company from Private to public? We have already received the fresh Certificate of Incorporation for the same.

after getting Fresh certificate of incorporation will be issued by RoC.

Make the changes in the name of MOA, AOA and everywhere the name appears.

Increase the number of members to minimum seven and directors to minimum three.
Pl have a look to the filing of prospectus or statement in lieu of prospectus
