Conversion of debentures before maturity

Dear Friends,

 

My Company is an unlisted public limited company. We have issued Fully Convertible Debentures to be converted into equity after 18 months of allotment. Now is it possible for us to convert these Debentures into Equity before maturity?

If yes, what approvals are required or could you please suggest the procedure required?
