hello ! In direct entry scheme student should give examination after 9 months of article training , what if the student doesnt clear the attempt? can he continue articles?

Yes, the student may continue the articleship.
Even if a student fails to clear any exams in the tenure of Articleship, his articleship will be valid and all the leaves taken will also be included in the articleship period.
