I am going to sign an agreement to manufacture an item exclusively for the said companies. which for of tax will my firm attract.... Vat or services Tax?

Hello ravinder,
You are in manufacturing sector you would be liable to pay excise if you aredoing manufacturing. You also need to pay service tax if you take services which are covered under 100% reverse.
Along with manufacturing if you areselling the goods, then you need to pay VAT accordingly.
