I am planning to start my consulting firm which will cater to manpower consulting and also consulting on process re-engineering. It will be a sole proprietorship. Do i need to register this with the authorities. What steps do i need to take

Registering your Sole Proprietorship is not mandatory and you can start your consulting by opening a bank accoutn in the name of your firm
