Consultancy charges
I will receive Rs.900000 as counsltancy charges in this year. In this case any tds and service issue?

If it is your gross amount, and if availing SSP exemption, No service tax liability. TDS shall be deducted by the service receiver @ 10% u/s. 194J, before issuing you cheques.
ssp exemption mean
SSP means SMALL SERVICE PROVIDER. i.e. initial exemption limit upto 10 lakhs.
