Constructing a temple

Pl clarify:

1,  Is it within the premises of the factory/office of the company for benefit of employees or it is outside the factory/office for public use?

2.  Whether you want to make the temple separate entity (e.g. managed by trustees) or you want to have it under direct control of the company?

3.  What will be approximate expenditure on the same?
