Sir,
Today I have submitted online form for getting service tax registration certificate for my Sole Properitership Firm. They have demanded the following documents in support of registration for service tax:
1. Copy of PAN card of applicant
2. Proof of address
3. Constitution of Applicant at the time of filing an application for Service Tax Registration
I want to know about the point no.3. What is this ? From where I can get the same as soon as possible. Please help me out to understand the same.
