When shall the Proposed dividend declared by subsidiary company is added to minority interest and when shall it not be added?
Please clarify this doubt. I have a little confusion.

please elaborate your query. You shoud assume the dividend declared as the dividend paid and there will no effect of that. but if dividend is only propsosed and remains proposed till the date of consolidation then it is deducted from the minority interest as an adjustment of current year profits.
