Hi seniors,
Want to seek your valuable advice:
1) Part time job of 24 hrs/week
2) Starting salary of Rs.3000/- CASH
3) Present salary of Rs. 4500/- CASH
Co. doesn't give payslips but I need payslips of last 3 months for immigration.
A>Should I show consolidated pay or breakup?
B>If shown as consolidated pay, how and what details to show in monthly payslip?
C>Or is it better to show a break-up like Basic, HRA, etc.? If yes, can you give a breakup for Rs.3000 and Rs.4500/-.

Dear friend,
A. if company gives you fixed pay then no breakup needed
B. company has their format but you can find from this link

C. if your company is giving salary with breakup like basic,t.a,d.a,hra,conveyance, other allowances then you have to received breakup wise salary slip otherwise no need to bifurcate salary if fixed pay is receiving
