Please let me know that if there is any penalty or confiscation of goods if not removed within 24 hours from the date of invoice ??

Dear Sameera,
Invoice should be raised on at the time removal that means the goods loaded in the vehicle and ready to move on that time you can raise invoice.
There is no rule for your situation.
