You can get Consent letter on Stamp paper Rs. 20/-. Also you can get plain paper. But, The AO is not satisfied for the plain paper then he ll give rectification on letter...
So, advisable to get Stamp paper.

Just do some changes in NOC ( Which we used in vat or St Registration ) and you can use it . And also keep one self attested I'd proof like adhar card and electricity bill copy of landlord with you
You have to give consent letter on Rs.100 stamp. It is valid only.
Whether mentioned any where about the stamp paper in the GST...
Its not mentioned in GST. It is in general practise as per documentation rules.
Registrations are being done on simple plain paper.
