Anshul Ji,

I think you should discuss with ur boss about ur monotonous job and request him to transfer to a fitting profile. And if he still doesnt listen to you then simply start looking for fresh jobs, but I'd request you NOT TO LEAVE THE CO TILL U FIND A BETTER JOB.

Dear Ansul,

The Cashier's role is pivotal to the functioning of any branch / organization and he / she is the "pulse" of the unit (pulse rate is the first thing the doctor does while examining a patient). Having qualified in 2012, you are in an authoritative and challenging position and even though monotonous, you are gaining in experience. I recommend you should continue in the same role for a year to take on Treasury operations in HDFC or any other bank thereafter.

Regards,

Try to search for a job which suits ur profile and where u can apply ur knowledge ..and till that u donot find this tpe of job...continue with your preasent one ...:)
