Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a doubt regarding date of signing of Balance Sheet. Income tax return for AY 2012-13 of a Pvt. Ltd. company has been submitted and date of signing was given as 29.09.2012. But ROC filing was pending. Previously I have filed Form 23B on which I gave the AGM date as 29.09.2012.But there must be atleast 21 days gap between Date of signing & Date of AGM. Now while filing form 66 for 2011-12 the mistake is found out. Date of signing can't be changed as IT return already filed, and due dt of AGM is 30.9.2012, extension is also not possible now. Please tell me is there any way to rectify the mistake. I am totally in confusion.Please help me.
