Confused about company law

new companies act 2013 is not applicable for June 2014 exams. Its not applicable even to CA exams. The reason is, even though the act has been get passed in both the houses of parliement it has not been notified by the central govermnet in the official gazette till date. Once Central goverment notifies the new act it will be applicable after 6 months to all the exams. So far as June 2014 exam is concerned, read the old companies act 1956 only. Companies Act, 1956 applicable upto June 2014 session so u can do study with the old one. but I think in December 2014 session new companies act is applicable.
