The supplier is from Gujarat, the receiver is from Rajasthan.
The transport bilty is made of Gujarat, because the supply of goods is made in Rajasthan, then the delivery receipt of transport is made in Rajasthan.
The question is whether the rcm of transport which will be filled will IGST be filled or SGST and CGST will be filled.
Kindly clear , because someone telling that rcm will be deposit with IGST and someone telling that rcm will be deposit with scgst and cgst.

You mean to say, Supplier of Gujarat , Goods were delivered from Gujarat to Rajasthan by transport to Rajasthan receipent.

It's Inter-state supply ( from Gujarat to Rajasthan) therefore one has to charge IGST .
( Hoping that recipient in Rajasthan is registered under GST )

if GTA is unregistered in GST supply from Gujrat to Rajasthan then RCM deposit Under head IGST or CGST/SGST

But some experts are saying that where the service is complete, the RCM head comes in handy.
Means if the service is completed in Rajasthan then SGST and CGST will be applicable in Rajasthan and not IGST

But it's Inter-state service is provided by transpoter ( GTA) ,and he ( GTA) from Gujarat .
Its better to take opinion from Goods and service tax Department Itself .
