Please let me know if it is mandatory to file form 23B for appointment of auditor in case we are the auditor as well as we have the authority to file the ROC return .
The company for which we are auditor might have not file Form 23B for the year 2011-12. Can we give the SRN No. as Z99999999 in this case.
Please help me if it is mandatory to file the same.
You have to file with SRN No. as Z99999999 , might be you have to mandatory filed this form with Additional fees for the year 2011-12.Till you have filed with dumy SRN No.
