please inform me about the position of Companies Act,2008 bill introduced in Lok Sabha. Will it be implemented? If so will the entire syllabus change? If so which attempt of PCC students will have this ammendment.

Any amendment made within 6 months before the date of exam is not applicable to that exam. Any change prior to 6 months is applicable to that exam.
When it will become Act is the question for which we have no answer judging from the past experience with various company bills!
