you need to appear for all the papers in the particular group to be eligible for an exemption. there is no condition for the marks in other papers...for the exemption, you need to get atleast 60 marks in the particular subject...

True & dedicated CA student never targets Passing Ca in Bits & Pieces in form of Exemptions & Next attempt other subjects & all such foolish thoughts & targets.
