in tax for computing the taxability is this till rs 500000 tax is nt levied applicable for may 2019 or not?

it is not applicable for A.Y 2019-20, It is applicable for A.Y 2020-21

Bcoz, It's applicable from 1st April 19 (FY 19-20).

Rebate to 5 lakh has nothing to do with FY 17-18 and 18-19. Even in exam old law applicable.
