How to change composition to regular scheme.. Please help

It's under Amendment section. But, Till date the option is not available.
When it works at the you can make changes in Amendment section or Opt out from Composition Scheme option...

The registered person who intends to withdraw from the composition scheme can file a duly signed or verified application in FORM GST CMP-04. FORM GST CMP-04, is however not made available currently on gst website. It is expected to be available from 15th September.

We cant say anything because here GST Deptt is also not clear......
