No GST will be charged on purchase or sale.

But if Regular Taxpayer buys from Composition seller, then regular taxpayer will charge reverse charge ?

No reverse charge is not applicable if regular taxpayer buys good or services from composition seller.

What if provisional taxpayer moves to composition scheme, then what about old stock tax payment. Is they have to pay the amount of tax held on stock as on 30.06.17

Taxpayer cannot move or canel the GST number. now he has to follw the same as a taxpayer
