I have withdrawal my composition scheme then my gst portal converted into regular scheme but portal show august 3b return interest and penalty 5400 rs how can I do it for that matter how they can levied 5400 rs for penalties I withdrawal my composition scheme after completing 1st quarter what steps to take for waiver of the penalties
